Does anyone have any advice on the uprated torsion bars?
I have wanting to lower my car for a long time now and i've lowered the back but there is a lot of damage on the passenger side wheel arch which i will have to get fixed this summer but i dont want this to happen again so was thinking about getting a set of uprated torsion bars from the birmingham morris minor centre? anyone have any advice?

i seem to recall, but can not find a post from jonathon ( JLH ) who said that the 100% upgrade made the ride to firm / choppy on anything other than a smooth race circuit, i can not recall what he recommended though.. if indeed he recommended one at all.

Im sure jlh will be up for recommending their coilover setup, which i would love to have! but i dont have the funds for that. im not too bothered about comfort if im honest, the minors ride is spine crushing as it is! there are variations of the certain percentage that you can have though so i might have a talk with the people who sell it. thanks for your help thoguh!

I'd try the 50% uprated ones.
