Another Marina brake conversion question
Has anyone ever tried fitting the Marina caliper brackets the other way around so the calipers are mounted to the front with the standard Minor hoses fitted directly to the caliper ?

not to my knowledge and more importantly why would you want to?

For ease, it's cheaper and one less union to possibly leak.

Also, caliper can come off for hub removal etc. without breaking in to pipework. Standard brake hoses can be used (I think). More room if you have telescopic dampers. You'll probably have to swap the calipers over to keep the bleed nipple at the top....
