My local council,in their wisdom, have placed two of these,one each side of the road leading in from the A14
No doubt another inrease in council tax.
Anyone else got such a feature?? Choosing wording carefully

Why it's art old chap!
Art doesn't have to be pretty you know. It's all about causing you to stop and think. To look again and question. To inspire and enrage. to pause and reflect. Art is emotion manifest in form.
As an example, religious art may seem attractive to us but it was designed to make the common man feel lowly, inspired, and in awe. Big, brash and shocking the like of which could be seen nowhere else it was a tool of power and subversion. Emotional oppression.
