Hi All,
My new project (the 4 door that’s just been sold via this site) has Riley brakes (plus servo) which is excellent. I want to strip and replace all seals as the car’s been parked up since 2017. Does anyone else with Riley brakes know the best place to get repair kits? The cylinders should be fine (good as gather these are rare) as the garage it’s been in is dry and the car well maintained (prior to 2017).
Thanks
Alan

I got the Wolseley ones from Longbridge Motor Spares a while ago and I think they may have the Riley units.
68' 4-door Saloon, another 'Monty'.

Powertrack Ltd. In Windsor are also worth a try. They specialise in obsolete clutch and brake parts from 1930 onwards and are very helpful.
Google them or try (01753 842680.

Thanks everyone. Sounds like getting parts won’t be a problem then.

Re: Riley 1.5 brake cylinder repairs
A tip regarding the Riley 1.5 front brake adjusters.
Get yourself a spare adjuster repair kit as the adjusters can become loose in the backplate allowing the adjusters to loosen off .
When I had Riley 1.5 brakes on the front of my Minor I had to replace two of the adjusters over a short period of time.
Adjuster repair kits are usually available on 'e' bay.

Great tip @philthehill Thanks.
I've started a resto thread where for the car now...you'll see the mystery master cylinder & servo set-up. Will keep posts in the resto thread now.

You have a Ford Escort Mk1/Mk2 master cylinder/servo set up.
See similar item in the link below:-

I agree with your comments on the pedal arrangements and I would be changing that pedal set up to either original or fit a Marina master cylinder/servo set up.
I have the original pedal arrangement on my Minor and it works well.
